01 / Perspective

Lead the analysis.
Build what makes
it useful.

My work connects operations research, data engineering, and applied AI with the decisions they are meant to support.

I’ve led DataOps work for Joint Staff and Army senior leaders, predictive analytics and simulation for Army modernization, and intelligence and data teams in joint environments. At USARD, I’m building the Decision Support Platform and its analytical workflows.

I bring both the quantitative foundation to examine a problem and the operational experience to understand why the answer matters.

Decision science

Make tradeoffs explicit.

Statistical modeling, simulation, and predictive analytics to structure complex questions and inform choices.

Data systems

Make analysis repeatable.

Data pipelines, automation, and decision support platforms that connect analytical work to recurring needs.

Applied AI

Make usefulness testable.

LLM workflows and prototypes informed by evaluation of quality, sentiment, bias, and practical utility.

02 / Selected work

Ideas made useful.

Research, prototypes, and systems.
Different problems. A consistent focus on evidence.

AI evaluation · Research

Can we trust the summary?

Evaluated GPT-generated summaries for quality, sentiment, and bias—examining what should be checked before a generated summary is used as evidence.

Applied AI · Hackathon prototype

Mission Tailor AI

Built a context-aware multimodal threat detection prototype at NDIA 2025 to explore how AI can support mission-specific interpretation.

Third place at the NDIA 2025 hackathon.

Statistics · Health analytics

Understanding heart disease risk

Modeled ten-year coronary heart disease risk using Framingham data, connecting statistical analysis with interpretable risk predictors.

Data engineering · Network analysis

From packet data to usable evidence

Built Packet to Lakehouse Telemetry to turn packet captures into queryable Parquet and SQL data, making network activity easier to investigate.

More engineering work Network resilience & repeatable testing

Self Healing Data Path

Tests BGP and BFD failover, reconvergence, and throughput to examine how network paths behave when connections fail.

04 / Research

Good outputs deserve
hard questions.

My research examines AI summarization, sentiment, and bias.
The common thread: evaluate the result before relying on it.

Better decisions start
with a good question.

Let’s talk about decision science, analytical leadership,
and applied AI that earns its place in the workflow.
